REALTOR® Membership:

AFFILIATE Membership:
A major benefit for Affiliate Members is their opportunity for continuing contact with Members of the real estate industry in the
community, as well as insights into real estate market trends, gained by attending Membership meetings.

General Membership meetings are usually held on the first Monday of each month (except June, August, and December) at
Hebron Banquet Hall – East Walnut Street, Lebanon. The meetings are luncheon meetings and cost $10.50 with advance
reservations.  The meeting begins at 12:00 noon and is followed by a brief business session and program.  These meetings
usually adjourn by 1:30 p.m.

    optional membership).

    available to any Board Member at $75.00 plus tax per issue. Issues are available for pick-up at the Lebanon
    Association Office.
  • Your name and company will be listed on the "Affiliates" page of our website.
REALTOR® Member Change Forms:
Name change - Individual License:  Will be made only when a copy of an official document (marriage certificate, divorce decree or court
order) is submitted with a letter of request.  The fee for a duplicate license is $5.00 (check or money order) payable to the Commonwealth of
PA.  Business License:  Must submit application SPOA 2108A.

Address change - Individual License:  Written requests should include the old address, new address and license number and/or social
security number.  The Commission must be notified within 10 days of any change in address.  Business License:  Must submit the
application SPOA 2108A.
