| Choice 1: Would you like to keep the party basically the same as always, but find a way to decrease the per person cost? Continue with dancing, music, and prizes on a Friday evening from approximately 6pm - 11pm? Nov. 30 & Dec. 14 are the available dates. Please tell us which date you prefer and add other comments below. |

| Choice 2: Would you like to really change it up and do an afternoon party from 1pm - 4pm on a Friday, spouses optional, with a party theme like 'An Afternoon in Monte Carlo' with gaming tables, etc? There would not be dancing / music, but there would be games, drinks, food, & socializing. Please add your comments below. |
| Choice 3: Would you like to have a New Year Bash after the holidays are over on a Friday in January from 4pm-7pm or later from 6pm-11pm? There will be food and drinks, and TBD activities. If you want this option, add to the comments section what time you prefer. We also welcome suggested activities in the comments section below. |
